found this gem by way of moldy doily and am resisting the purchase of the tina turner tee with all my might.

because tina turner in a leather mini and jean jacket rekindles the days of living on 13th street and walking down the train tracks with the best friend and his feral dog.

yesterday, i learned a valuable lesson: every girl should own tulle.

highpoints:

  • bestest cubie mate found a tulle blue dress and hot pink shoes to wear when her lover proposes.
  • the sun gods like me this week because i scored these hot thangs.
  • suddenly the songs of my youth (here and here) have become my new favorites on youtube.
  • this of course makes me wish i could wear this when i am teaching bella to sing thumbelina. (from here)

                

  • bella and i sat on a fountain, put our feet in the water and sang this
  • a parrot whistled at us as we walked away.
  • we read a little about anatole before dinner
