“The theme of the summer 2011 collection was a Japanese woman wandering in her geisha shoes through Sardinia, which the designer saw as a mirror image of Japan as both are composed of two islands and surrounded by sea.

Mr. Marras included in his poetic program words from “Sea and Sardinia” by D.H. Lawrence:

“…comes over one an absolute necessity to move — and what is more, to move in some particular direction.”
